District heating networks as active players on the power market
On October 20th, Austrian Institute of Technology will host a webinar.
Austrian Institute of Technology will present an analysis of the use and profitability of the flexibility potential for electricity market participation for the rural district heating network of Maria Laach in Lower Austria, a representative example for more than 2,400 district heating networks in Austria. The analysis offers insight into the economic potential for direct market participation of optimized components in a district heating network.
